Tubular electric heaters
Tubular electric heaters are intended for conversion of electric energy into heat energy and are used as components in industrial equipment and household heating appliances.
In comparison to other heaters tubular electric heaters can be used in direct contact with the heated media: solids, liquids (under 0,98 MPa), air and gases.
Further advantages of tubular electric heaters are:
- resistance to shock and vibration
- variety of configurations
- no voltage on the tube sheath

Our company is a single company in Russia that produces high-voltage electric heater WWEN 500/2000. This heater has a specific construction resistant to high temperature, high voltage and mechanical influences and can be used in the heating boilers of passenger trains.

Specially for oil pipelines and gas-pumping units at compressor stations we have designed the oil heating block with the explosion-protected terminal box BMEW-5. It consists of three tubular heaters and can heat the oil to the temperature 60°C.
